Information Statements

SunAmerica Asset Management, LLC. ("SAAMCo") is the investment adviser to each of the Seasons Series Trust and SunAmerica Series Trust portfolios (the "Portfolios") and has engaged subadvisers to manage the Portfolios’ assets on a daily basis. SAAMCo and the Portfolios have received an exemptive order (the "Order") from the Securities and Exchange Commission which allows SAAMCo, subject to certain conditions, to enter into and materially amend its agreements with subadvisers without obtaining shareholding approval. The Order allows SAAMCo to act more quickly to change subadvisers when it determines that a change would be in the best interest of the Portfolios and their shareholders. One of the conditions required by the Order provides that SAAMCo will provide to participants information about the new subadviser and the new subadvisory agreement. Each information statement provided below describes a recent subadviser change, which has been approved by the Board of Trustees of the Portfolios.
